You confirm you understand and agree that Gatsby Travel's team will not book or advertise one of their guides availability at that time once you have paid this initial payment. In the case of group tours, they will reduce the number of available places, and so reducing the potential for other clients to join the trip or book a guide.

If you, the client, cancels the trip or fails to attend on the arranged Trip Date, for any reason, this initial payment will not be returned to you.

If you cancel, Gatsby Travel shall suffer losses that are difficult to ascertain.

As such, you agree that, in the event of cancelation by yourself, you agree this initial payment shall be forfeited by yourself and paid to Gatsby Travel as liquidated damages, not as a penalty.

You, the client, and Gatsby Travel agree that such amount is reasonable and fair to hold a place on a trip.
